Port Artur is located in downtown Pärnu, offering visitors convenient access by car, public transportation, or on foot. There are over 600 parking spaces near the center, including a multi-level parking garage and spacious outdoor parking lots.

In all parking zones surrounding Port Artur, visitors are allowed a certain amount of free parking time (1–2 hours, depending on the zone, as indicated by the parking meter), which makes shopping and using services particularly convenient.

The 6-story Port Artur parking garage (Lai 7) offers weather-protected parking in the immediate vicinity of the center. One hour is free with a parking disc. In the parking garage, you can pay at the payment machine using a card or cash, or use mobile payment.

• Lai 10 (EP74): 2 hours of free parking with a parking disc; thereafter, 1 € per 30 minutes (8 € per day). • Lai 11 (EP446): 1 hour free with a parking disc; thereafter, 1 € per 30 minutes (8 € per day). • Lai 18 (EP147): 1 hour free with a parking disc; thereafter, 1 € per 30 minutes (10 € per day). In addition, you can park in Pärnu’s paid parking zone (PKESKLINN) in accordance with the city’s parking regulations.

Access and Public Transportation

The Pärnu bus station is located just a few hundred meters from the center, and both city buses and regional routes stop there.

There are several parking spaces designated for cyclists around the center’s building complex.

The nearest city bus stops are “Bussijaam” and “Teater,” which are just a few minutes’ walk from the center. The long-distance bus station is located across the intersection from Port Artur 1.

The center is easily accessible from all directions: from downtown via Rüütli and Hommiku Streets, through the theater park, or directly from the banks of the Pärnu River along the Jaanson Trail.
